Legal Disclaimer

All treatments at Nūse Aesthetics are performed by a qualified and insured practitioner following a thorough consultation and assessment of suitability. Individual results may vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

By booking an appointment, clients confirm that they:

Understand the nature of the chosen treatment and its associated risks;

Have disclosed all relevant medical information, allergies, and medications;

Consent to treatment being carried out at their own risk.

Acknowledge that Nūse Aesthetics cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or results that occur where correct protocols and aftercare advice have been followed.​

All payments are non-refundable, including booking fees, prepaid packages and completed treatments.
 

Nūse Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.

Confirmation & Reminders

Your appointment is secured with a 50% non-refundable booking fee, which is deducted from the total cost of your treatment. You will receive an instant confirmation via email and text, followed by a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Arrival

Please arrive promptly to ensure you receive your full treatment time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or, in some cases, rescheduling at the practitioner’s discretion.

Booking Fees, Changes & No-Shows

A non-refundable 50% booking fee of the treatment cost is required to secure your booking.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee may be transferred to an alternative date/treatment, subject to suitability and practitioner approval.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in the full loss of booking fee, and a new one will be required to rebook.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to refusal of future appointments.

Satisfaction

Client satisfaction is important to us.
If you have any concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue appropriately.

Payment

We kindly prefer cash payments; however, cash, card, and ClearPay/Klarna are accepted.
For ClearPay/Klarna bookings, please contact us directly at 07366 864429 to arrange your payment plan prior to treatment.

All payments are non-refundable, including booking fees, prepaid packages and completed treatments.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to treatment.
This ensures your treatment is performed safely and appropriately.
Nūse Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatment if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.

Nūse Aesthetics operates from a home-based studio in Aspley, Nottingham.
