All treatments at Nūse Aesthetics are provided by a qualified practitioner following an appropriate consultation and assessment of suitability. Individual results may vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have been informed of all relevant treatment details, risks, and aftercare requirements, and consent to proceed voluntarily. Nūse Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.

Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment. The remaining balance is payable by cash or card immediately following completion of the treatment. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, rescheduling, or change of mind. Treatment packages and pre-paid sessions are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. In the event that a client is found unsuitable for a chosen treatment, as determined during consultation or at the practitioner’s discretion, no refund will be issued. The amount paid may, however, be credited towards an alternative treatment of equal value. Nūse Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
